I’m Abhay. For the last 15 years, I’ve been leading digital transformation from the inside - as an in-house PMO and change leader. I’ve worked across online businesses, marketing, new operating models, operations streamlining and IT, turning leadership visions into real projects (often before they were even called projects). I’ve seen “perfect” plans fail spectacularly and serious money wasted by making change far more complicated than it needs to be. Somewhere between endless slides and over-engineered frameworks, execution and quality gets lost. I focus on cutting through the noise and making change work - simply, practically and in the real world.
